Step 1: Gather Proof of Your Medicare Renewal Cost

Step 2: Do Not Enroll on Your Own

Do NOT enroll directly through the site. Doing so will prevent MEDSURETY from assisting with your policy setup or processing your premium payments. A MEDSURETY Policy Placement Advisor will guide you through enrollment to ensure everything is completed correctly.

Step 3: Schedule a Screening Call

When you’re ready, click on your state to schedule an initial screening call with a Policy Placement Advisor. During the call, your advisor will:

  • Review the products you’re considering to help ensure you choose the best plan for your needs
  • Guide you through completing and submitting the Scope of Appointment form
  • Schedule your enrollment meeting

Important: Medicare requires that this form be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

What to Have Ready for Your Enrollment Meeting:
  • The plan name and premium amount you are interested in
  • Your Date of Birth and Social Security Number
  • Scope of Appointment form completed and submitted

Step 4: Meet with a Policy Placement Advisor

During your scheduled meeting, the Policy Placement Advisor will guide you through the enrollment process to ensure everything is completed correctly. Specifically, they will:

  • Help you review and select your medical plan
  • Complete the ICHRA Enrollment Form
  • Complete the Recurring Reimbursement Form

If the Recurring Reimbursement Form is not completed during your meeting, you can complete it on your own by clicking the button below.

Step 5: Review and Cancel Any Previous Coverage (if needed)

If you’re adding Medicare after having coverage through a group health plan, you’ll need to cancel your previous policy to avoid overlapping coverage. If cancellation is required, your Policy Placement Advisor will email you the carrier cancellation form to complete and submit. If you’re already on Medicare and are exploring a new option, cancellation may or may not be necessary. Your Policy Placement Advisor will review your situation and provide guidance during your meeting.
